Termín pro podání návrhu řešení: 29. 10. 2014
Evropský úřad pro bezpečnost potravin (EFSA) vypisuje výběrové řízení na řešení projektu „Systematic literature review on Parkinson´s disease and Childhood Leukaemia and mode of actions for pesticides“.
Projektu je rozdělen do pěti hlavních úkolů:
Task 1:
To perform a systematic literature review on the modes and mechanisms (i.e. at molecular, biochemical, organelles, cellular, tissue/organ level) involved in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease.
Task 2:
To identify the key steps in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s’ disease that might involve chemical agents (including pesticides).
Task 3:
To perform a systematic literature review on the modes and mechanisms (i.e. at molecular, biochemical, organelles, cellular, tissue/organ level) involved in the pathogenesis of childhood leukaemia.
Task 4:
To identify the key steps in the pathogenesis of childhood leukaemia that might involve chemical agents (including pesticides).
Task 5:
To provide:
a) a database of the publications retrieved (preferably in EndNote format) collecting the retrieved articles and an analysis of whether they meet the quality/relevance criteria;
b) a final report which will include extensively the (systematic) reviews carried out and a summary of the key events involved in the pathogenesis of both Parkinson’s disease and childhood leukaemia by using the adverse outcome pathway (AOP) approach as a prototype and including the identified chemical agents (including pesticides) having a potential role in the key events involved in the pathogenesis of these two diseases.
