Are you a seasoned communications professional, an all-rounder with strong experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement, government affairs and digital? Have you managed the profile and reputation of a large organisation in a varied and challenging stakeholder environment?

You may have developed as well internal communications strategies, coordinating activities across the organisation you worked for.

You will have a demonstrable affinity with scientific sectors, with the experience and connections to translate EFSA’s endeavours into positive media exposure.

The ability to develop successful working relationships with a variety of stakeholders – including EFSA’s Management Board and your counterparts in the Member States– will be crucial.

The post requires an experienced people manager who can lead a team effectively, as well as influence colleagues throughout the organisation.
